You should also give attention to the garbage disposal and kitchen sponge. The use of bleach solutions is very good on these places few times in a week and let it stand for some time. You should toss the kitchen sponge every day to dishwasher as it is the most bacteria laden place in your kitchen. You can prevent yourself from illness by keeping everything in the kitchen clean. The hands and other objects should be kept clean as bacteria can easily transmit from one place to other.
